Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• 7+ years of competitive bid experience preferred.
• Experience with BIM estimating is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises estimating and bidding activities.
• Leads proposal preparation and securing new work.
• Prepares project estimate breakdowns.
