Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years designing complex aerospace systems.
• 3+ years building and integrating own designs.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with SolidWorks, SolidWorks Electrical and Altium.
• Experience in configuration management and tailoring for programs.
• Electro-mechanical integration experience.
• Aerospace systems knowledge across avionics, flight control, payloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and mechanical engineering professionals, staffing, training and evaluations.
• Oversee engagement, quality output, and project support across portfolio.
• Support active projects and develop concepts for emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to budgets, schedules and work plans in leadership discussions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders.
