Acara Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager for our Meridian, ID site. This is a direct-hire, on-site role that leads the mechanical engineering team in delivering complex designs for precision cleaning and wet processing tools.

You will own engineering execution, resource planning, BOM accuracy, and design standards to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years' experience as a mechanical engineer.
• Minimum three years' experience as an Engineering manager.
• Minimum three years' experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Leads and approves mechanical and automation system designs, including plumbing and tank systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Develops, reviews, and approves system specifications based on feasibility, cost, and performance.
• Oversees development and accuracy of bills of materials, routers, and manufacturing instructions.
• Owns engineering execution to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
