You will build a high-performance team, improve processes, and ensure on-time, under-budget delivery while meeting revenue and order goals. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• PE certification is desirable but not required.
• Minimum 8 years designing and manufacturing products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and empower a diverse team of engineers and technicians building products for Nuclear/Aerospace/Industrial markets.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance development to grow team autonomy.
• Ensure accountability and engineering excellence across all tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with Project Management to allocate resources to projects and orders.
• Lead engineering process improvements across design, manufacturing, CAD, quality systems, and PLM/ERP.
