You will lead multidisciplinary hardware design efforts, conduct critical design reviews, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. You will also support proposals with hardware baselines and development estimates, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to manufacturing and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with at least four years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong CAD and finite element analysis expertise.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving skills; military electronic hardware experience; master's degree and active Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities
