Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant Mechanical or Thermal Engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical design experience using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Good intuitive understanding of heat transfer.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes.
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototyping efforts on new products including thermal/fluid design, tooling design, fabrication, and testing.
• Serve as the technical lead on customer-funded development programs, meeting technical milestones and project deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during design reviews.
• Influence technology roadmaps and future product strategy
