Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical/electromechanical product development.
• Experience improving reliability through root-cause analysis and design changes.
• Ability to understand system-level behavior and its impact on the whole product.
• Experience releasing designs through change-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level understanding of the Stride product and its interactions.
• Own complex mechanical projects from problem definition to production support.
• Lead investigations into reliability and performance issues with structured analysis.
• Identify recurring problems and implement robust, root-cause solutions.
• Evaluate changes for impact on reliability, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability.
• Create and maintain high-quality engineering documentation and changes.
