Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
• Significant leadership and project management experience in MEP design.
• Experience with HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with BIM tools: AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of New England State building codes; ability to obtain security clearances.
• Strong business development and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate design efforts.
• Interface with clients and manage project meetings.
• Prepare budgets and monitor schedules; manage changes.
• Prepare construction documents and submittals.
• Support business development and client acquisition.
