Job summary

Voyager Technologies in the United States, Nevada, Reno area seeks an experienced mechanical/systems engineer to lead testing, design and analysis for high‑stakes defense and space projects. You will manage complex test programs, develop instrumentation, and ensure verification across systems.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science required in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines from an accredited university. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Lead test assembly and integration activities, design complex test setups, and optimize testing processes.
• Develop program plans, understand acquisition life cycles, and coordinate activities.
• Identify and manage risks, and communicate requirements across teams and suppliers.
