Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• 3+ years design experience with electromechanical, electrical, electronics, and controls systems.
• 3+ years documenting design intent and test results.
• 2+ years of electromechanical/electronics production techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns final recommendations on electrical aspects of concepts.
• Ensure product evolution meets customer needs and market trends.
• Lead design review process and approve critical design decisions.
• Obtain components and supplies for prototype assembly.
• Conduct preliminary vendor assessment/selection.
• Fabricate and test new designs.
• Provide technical leadership for key projects.
• Create and maintain program documentation.
• Perform competitive analyses.
• Present new product ideas to customers.
