Qualifications

• A master's degree and medical device experience are preferred; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and optimization of mechanical components and systems for robotic surgical platforms, including motors, gearing, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams; ensure regulatory and safety compliance; prepare design documentation, drawings, BOMs, and technical reports.
