The role focuses on project management, client interaction, and comprehensive MEP system design using CAD/BIM tools. You will collaborate with senior staff on scheduling, budgeting, and field verification to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate holds a PE, has 7+ years in a consulting environment, and is proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD MEP with strong coordination skills across trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years experience in a consulting firm.
• Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD MEP; ability to prepare red-line markups.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Firm in client, contractor, architect interactions.
• Provide trade-specific system design and coordination with other trades.
• Manage CAD/BIM and junior staff as assigned.
• Perform QA/QC and assist with project scheduling and budgeting.
• Conduct field inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Estimate construction costs and assess feasibility using ROM.
