Hru Tech seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Production & Sustaining Engineering in Alpharetta, GA. This hands-on role focuses on mechanical design, RCCA investigations, and sustaining engineering for ruggedized displays and modules used in military/aerospace environments.

The candidate will work on the manufacturing floor daily, collaborating with Production, Quality Assurance, Electrical Engineering, and Program Management to resolve issues, implement changes, and drive process

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, including mechanical design and/or production engineering support.
• Strong proficiency with Creo and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drawings.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations and RCCA investigations.
• Experience developing and maintaining engineering drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of DFx, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, Electrical, and PM.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Mansioni

• Provide daily mechanical engineering support for ruggedized displays and components on the manufacturing floor.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
• Lead RCCA investigations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Develop/modify 3D models and drawings using Creo/SolidWorks; manage ECRs/ECOs and BOMs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integration of mechanical with electrical systems.
