Belcan in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a 12-month contract to support manufacturing and production teams on the shop floor, focusing on reliability and process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in ME, 8+ years' experience, expert CAD (Creo 5+ and SolidWorks), RCCA, failure analysis, ECR/ECO processing, and on-site work.

The role requires ability to obtain security clearance and US export control compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on production/manufacturing support experience.
• Expert-level CAD experience with Creo 5 or newer (mandatory).
• SolidWorks (mandatory).
• Experience with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions).
• Failure analysis and mechanical troubleshooting in production environments.
• ECR/ECO processing and drawing updates/change management.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Alpharetta, GA.
• Able to obtain security clearance.
• Must meet U.S. export control/security requirements (U.S. Citizen strongly preferred).

Must-Have Requirements

8+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience

Strong hands-on production/manufacturing support experience
