Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering required.
• 5–7+ years in product development mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or Creo; experience with design for manufacturing.
• Hands-on prototyping and testing experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of mechanical/electro-mechanical products from concept to manufacturing.
• Develop concepts via analysis, prototyping, and testing.
• Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and release packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project execution.
