Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10–12 years in power supply or related industry.
• Experience leading mechanical design from concept to production.
• Strong background in thermal and stress analysis, DFMEA, GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical development of power converters from concept to production.
• Guide the product development process with thermal simulations, DFMEA, GD&T.
• Drive technical strategy, architecture and readiness.
• Lead R&D activities for new technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis on products and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for integrated development.
• Manage project schedules and allocate resources in staff meetings.
• Participate in cross-functional and peer design reviews.
• Ensure designs meet DfX guidelines across projects.
• Collaborate with international manufacturing to maximize yields.
