You will oversee manufacturing and installation processes, coordinate procurement of components, and resolve complex engineering issues while adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10-15 years of experience.
• Deep technical expertise in your field and deep knowledge of the product life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain difficult information and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and implement concepts for a range of significantly complex product issues and engineering solutions
• Lead or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies
• Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of significantly complex engineering problems
• Specify or perform significantly complex engineering analysis
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex engineering issues to address customers’ High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products
• Generate product specifications; define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests
• Specify the development, design, or modification of complex engineering layouts, schematics, drawings, or specifications
• Specify and review engineering documentation and engineering processes
