Job summary

Medstalent is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and project execution on heavy industrial systems. You will manage large capital projects, coordinate internal teams and external contractors, and ensure FAT, commissioning and daily operations meet safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor work, engineering drawing development with Autodesk tools, and strong coordination across vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital projects (scope up to multiple millions).
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical and Vault data management.
• Hands-on experience with FAT, commissioning and project handover.
• Strong ability to manage bill of materials and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical expertise across plant areas and lead improvements.
• Direct continuous improvement and corrective-action projects.
• Support internal customers with technical guidance on projects.
• Manage projects from installation to commissioning within budget and schedule.
