Responsibilities

• Design HVAC/Mechanical systems for commercial buildings from schematic to construction administration.
• Produce or supervise mechanical construction drawing sets in CAD from floor plans, diagrams, schedules, and details.
• Perform energy audits, energy modeling and load calculations for energy programs.
• Interface with the client and coordinate with other disciplines in the office.
• Review contractor shop drawings against project documents (mechanical drawings, specs, equipment selections).
