Job summary

Gobravvo actively seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer PE to lead the design and management of complex mechanical systems for healthcare and building projects in Irvine, CA. You will oversee proposals, budgets, scheduling, and design documentation while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will regularly present engineering concepts to clients and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with PE license.
• 10+ years of mechanical design engineering experience, preferably in consulting/facility design.
• Familiarity with HCAI codes, FGI Guidelines, and NFPA-99.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of mechanical systems (HVAC, medical gas, plumbing) for healthcare/facility projects.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Present engineering concepts to clients and stakeholders; mentor junior staff to improve processes.
