Job summary

1001 Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to act as an Owner's Representative for mechanical projects at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.

You will own above- and below-ground mechanical utilities and oversee kitchen/food-and-beverage systems while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. Responsibilities include leading design coordination, developing bid-level construction documents, and mentoring interns.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
• Experience leading design coordination and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Owner's Representative for mechanical projects from concept through construction.
• Develop contract documents and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate design activities and field installations for compliance.
• Mentor interns and provide technical guidance to staff.
