EO Solutions ltd. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical systems for cutting-edge electro-optical products.

You’ll collaborate with Electrical, Optical, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to move concepts from design through production. The role requires 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s) in mechanical engineering, strong SolidWorks/AutoCAD skills, and proven ability in FEA/CFD analysis, materials, and design for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and drafting.
• Experience with FEA, CFD, and mechanical analysis tools.
• Knowledge of materials, tolerancing, and design for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for EO products.
• Perform structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis using FEA/CFD tools.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Support system integration and testing of mechanical and electro-optical assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability.
• Contribute to prototype builds, reviews, and iterative development cycles.
