Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with occupant safety systems, crashworthiness, or vehicle safety engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of FMVSS occupant protection requirements and system-level safety validation.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, integration, and validation of occupant safety systems for current and future platforms.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, specs, validation plans, and design documentation.
• Assist crashworthiness activities including test planning, execution, data analysis, and follow-up actions.
• Provide engineering calculations and analyses per Oshkosh standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Electrical, Vehicle Integration, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality.
