Form Energy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our module design team in Berkeley, CA. You will design and prototype mechanical components for innovative energy storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience, and extensive CAD proficiency (SolidWorks) to drive designs from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in mechanical design.
• Experience designing plastic components and understanding battery systems is a plus.
• Ability to balance performance, manufacturability, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype components to meet performance and functional requirements.
• Lead design release process and DFMEA development.
• Collaborate with teams to define interface requirements.
