GTI Fabrication in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Staff Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design of modular power and industrial systems from concept through production. You will mentor engineers, guide FEAs, and own complex assemblies including generator enclosures, skids, and welded frames.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex mechanical designs from concept to production.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and FEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical system architecture for modular power and industrial systems.
• Develop and review designs for enclosures, frames, skid assemblies, weldments.
• Perform structural, thermal, and FEA analyses.
• Guide design reviews and resolve high‑level issues.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Structural teams on interfaces.
• Support manufacturing, testing, and field service.
