Job summary

INTUVA by PTS Data Center Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure and data center projects. You will guide design efforts, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure projects meet specifications, budgets, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
• Active PE license in at least one U.S. state is required.
• Ability to sign and seal engineering drawings.
• 7+ years of mechanical design experience across building types or mission-critical facilities.
• Proficiency with ASHRAE, IMC, NFPA, and related codes.
• Proficiency with design software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Trace 700, EnergyPlus.
• Multi-state PE registrations are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination of mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities and data center projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) and sign/seal documents while meeting specs, budgets, schedules, and code requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations, load analyses, and equipment selections for reliable, energy-efficient solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and construction teams throughout design, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, proposals, and client discussions to support delivery and business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence and adherence to standards.
• Maintain organized engineering documentation and ensure accuracy, quality, and operational excellence.
