Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience in mechanical engineering at a mine or industrial site.
• Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and data-driven optimization.
• Ability to lead engineering and construction activities for development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on design, redesign, and analysis within schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Prepare engineering documentation including conceptual designs and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and evaluate AFE requests to support capital project planning.
• Administer and manage contracts while supporting budgeting initiatives.
• Conduct project planning, scheduling, and economic evaluations.
• Provide supervision and technical direction to staff.
• Utilize AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, and Pipe2010 for delivery activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to operating performance and safety.
