DEXIS in Quakertown, PA, seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer III to support existing products through their life cycle and lead development of new mechanical subsystems for domestic and global markets.

You will work cross‑functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure design controls, sustain engineering, and continuous improvement while mentoring teammates for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Strong ability to independently complete complex engineering assignments with data‑driven decisions.
• Experience with design control documentation and cross‑functional product development practices.
• Hands‑on testing, prototyping, troubleshooting, and verification of mechanical designs.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD and 2D drawing tools such as SolidWorks or Creo.

Responsibilities

• Leads or supports engineering projects from concept to post‑launch support.
• Develops mechanical designs, assemblies, fixtures, and related specifications.
• Translates requirements into practical mechanical design solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepares and maintains engineering documentation for design history file content.
• Interfaces with manufacturing, suppliers, and international design teams for design transfer.
