Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Masters with 2+ years, or Ph.D. with 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Supports / leads hardware requirements and designs specifications, including 3D modeling, FEA, and tolerance analysis.
• Resolve field and manufacturing product quality issues using engineering analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Define material specs, components, and process techniques for long-term performance.
• Develop and execute protocols to evaluate existing mechanical designs; collaborate across teams.
• Network with senior personnel and provide guidance to team members on complex problems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
