Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to support hardware manufacturing systems in Warrendale, PA. You will strategize, design, and implement assembly, test, and packaging processes for electro-mechanical devices, guiding projects and cross-functional teams to meet schedule goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical manufacturing processes and production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supports daily activities of manufacturing engineering department.
- Collaborates with managers and engineers to develop and improve manufacturing and warehousing methods.
- Leads projects related to product design, tooling, and production equipment.
- Analyzes capacity, space requirements, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Supports estimation of production touch times, staff requirements, and related costs.
