Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• 5 years of mechanical design/analysis experience.
• Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo.
• Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL.
• Experience with thermal analysis and environmental qualification.
• Strong knowledge of materials, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstratable experience in MBSE/Digital Engineering capabilities.
• Create mechanical designs and CAD models for payloads and assemblies.
• Perform thermal and structural FEA analysis.
• Select materials and design for environmental ruggedization.
• Support payload integration on platforms including mounts and harness routing.
• Produce manufacturing documentation with GD&T and tolerances.
• Support vibration, thermal, and environmental testing.
