Qualifications

• Cleared at the DoD Secret level.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related DoD/acquisition logistics functions.
• Experience with large-value defense material inventories and cross-functional logistics teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and development/validation of technical logistics documentation.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement collaboration, and readiness optimization.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams.
• Compliance with U.S. Navy and NAVSUP processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and supply chain management for high-value, mission-critical defense programs including material support, supplier coordination, and process improvement.
• Manage lifecycle logistics, incorporating acquisition-driven strategies, readiness planning, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, supply, and program management to resolve sustainment risks.
• Oversee procurement activities, vendor performance, and supply chain operations in accordance with DoD regulations.
• Develop, document, and validate technical procedures and logistics training materials.
• Deliver executive reports, briefs, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Execute inventory audits, spares provisioning, and transportation strategies to achieve cost control.
