Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years minimum experience with automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and automation‑related issues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support high‑speed automated assembly systems with throughput rates up to 360 parts per minute.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation equipment to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and quality.
• Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and new capital installations.
• Collaborate with controls engineers, integrators, and maintenance teams on system improvements.
• Support automated material handling systems including robotics, autonomous mobile robots, AGVs, and conveyors.
• Work with quality and controls teams to maintain and improve inspection accuracy and reliability.
• Provide hands‑on engineering support to production operations.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PDCA, and RCA.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
