Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC/mechanical design experience.
• PE license required or able to obtain licensure.
• Experience in K-12, higher ed, healthcare, or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design from concept through construction.
• Develop energy-efficient solutions exceeding client expectations.
• Oversee projects including site visits, drawings, specs, and construction support.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to meet goals.
• Review documents and submittals for code compliance and integrity.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
• Support performance contracting projects delivering energy savings.
• Incorporate LEED or Green Globes strategies where applicable.
