Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience on complex building systems.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Projects: primary engineer on large, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Set Quality Standards: develop and enforce QA/QC processes.
• Mentor and Elevate: provide technical guidance and training.
• Strategic Oversight: organize resources, review contracts, guide design.
• Client Engagement: collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive Efficiency: ensure timelines and budgets are met.
