Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Oklahoma to lead design and review for major projects, applying advanced engineering concepts and ensuring quality. The role emphasizes collaboration, technical leadership, and delivering robust electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, and data-center facilities.

The candidate will mentor staff, develop design standards, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills essential.
• Eight+ years of engineering experience and PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project design and review for complex projects.
• Serve as a technical specialist applying advanced engineering concepts.
• Perform QA/QC to ensure designs meet standards and objectives.
• Conduct research on complex topics and develop design approaches.
• Advise and direct staff on design approaches to fulfill project requirements.
• Collaborate to promote efficiencies and produce high-quality work.
• Contribute to development of engineering standards/guidelines.
• Supervise and review work of junior staff.
