Job summary

You will oversee multidisciplinary design efforts, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with P.E. licensure and 8+ years of relevant experience in A/E or related settings, with a proven track record in client relations and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with P.E. licensure required and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in professional A/E office, consulting, or construction environments.
• Ability to lead teams with minimal oversight and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex mechanical design efforts with limited oversight.
• Ensure codes, standards, and QC are integrated into designs.
• Develop scope requirements for new projects and manage budgets.
• Mentor associates and cultivate client relationships to generate work.
• Perform site visits and provide field direction for solutions.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
