ETE REMAN, the largest independent aftermarket automatic transmission remanufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join the ETE Machining and Engineering group in Milwaukee.

You will work on research, design, manufacturing, installation and evaluation across production cycles. You will lead and collaborate with manufacturing engineering and operations teams, delegate workloads, manage projects including outsourced engineering, and focus on improving production

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Engineering and Machining teams by assigning workloads and managing projects.
• Ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees for continuous improvement.
• Manage full product development lifecycle from design to validation.
