Michael Page is seeking a tenured engineer for a cross-functional role focused on mechanical design and development of high-performance security products. You’ll drive end-to-end development, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while balancing performance, manufacturability, and cost.

This position offers a strong compensation package with salary between $130,000 and $145,000 annually, profit sharing, and a 10% 401k match, plus medical/dental/vision and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical design experience; metals manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of measurement tools and GD&T.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end product development from market needs to manufacturable security products.
• Develop and optimize product configurator models, rules, and logic.
• Create installation guides, technical docs, user manuals, and product communications.
• Lead design and engineering of complex mechanical systems from concept to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional teams and lead design reviews.
• Perform structural/load analyses and apply DFM/DFA best practices.
