Qualifications

• At least 7 years of mechanical engineering experience within a consulting or design-build firm.
• Professional Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong working knowledge of various building, mechanical, plumbing, fire, energy conservation, and fuel gas codes.

Responsibilities

• Staying current on codes and technologies.
• Ensuring conformance with standards and adequacy of design.
• Organizing and conducting site visits for data collection.
• Developing and designing within a BIM design environment.
• Collaborating with project teams from concept to completion.
