PEAK Technical Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Energy, Manufacturing & Bioprocessing team in Ellicott City, MD. This full-time, direct-hire role focuses on engineering, design, coordination with clients, and construction administration in a multi-discipline environment.

The ideal candidate has ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree, 12+ years of experience, and a P.E. licensure; experience with design/build and EPC projects, and knowledge of ASME/B31.3 codes.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree required.
12+ years industry experience.
Registered Professional Engineer licensure.
Experience with Design/Build and EPC projects.
Experience leading teams of engineers on design projects.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Apply your knowledge across Food & Personal Care, Bioprocessing, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, Manufacturing and Industrial facilities.
Ensure compliance with owner's requirements and applicable codes.
Develop and document basis of design and design assumptions.
Lead scopes of work from RFPs and pre-bid meetings.
Mentor engineers and designers on the mechanical scope.
Provide construction administration and field support.
