Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve HVLS fan products. You will lead projects from concept through release, coordinate with multiple teams, and validate designs with prototypes and tests.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, CAD (CATIA), GD&T and DFMEA, plus HVAC experience. Bachelor's degree is required, Master’s preferred, with 5–8+ years of applicable experience. Onsite position in Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years engineering experience in product design in a manufacturing setting.
• 1–3+ years HVAC or airflow experience for HVLS Fans roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve products and components; fabricate and test prototypes.
• Release final product for manufacture and distribution.
• Manage projects from start to finish and coordinate with other groups.
