Job summary

The candidate will design and review mechanical systems, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across teams to ensure code compliance, energy efficiency and client satisfaction on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• EIT certification or FE exam within 18 months of hire.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required; frequency varies.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems, including master planning and feasibility studies.
• Review designs for regulatory compliance and firm policies.
• Perform site reviews to ensure alignment with location specs.
• Develop technical papers and design documentation for publications.
• Attend industry conferences and collaborate with sales teams.
• Provide mentorship and supervise project work as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
