Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Estimating knowledge is a plus and trainable.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform heating and cooling load calculations for HVAC design.
• Develop equipment layouts and ductwork designs for HVAC, plumbing, piping.
• Produce and revise drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Review specs and drawings to meet design intent and codes.
• Coordinate with PMs, field teams, and other trades.
• Support value engineering and design alternatives.
