Job summary

The candidate will manage technical documentation and provide guidance on evolving mechanical systems while traveling to project sites as needed. Remote-friendly with in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years building industry experience.
• PE license required; may pursue additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project goals.
• Develop technical documentation, system specifications, reports, and drawings.
• Provide technical leadership and review across project teams.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team and establish design standards.
