Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with HVAC design experience to join a well-established building services consulting firm in Dallas. You will produce full mechanical construction documents in Revit, design HVAC systems, perform load calculations, and ensure code compliance.

This role offers a defined progression path to Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, a supportive culture, ongoing training, and a competitive package including a $105,000 - $140,000

Qualifications

• FE or EIT certification (or on the path to PE).
• Mechanical/HVAC engineering experience with design and construction experience on similar project types.
• Self-motivated, independent and committed to long-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Produce mechanical construction documents in Revit from schematic design through construction documents.
• Design HVAC systems including air distribution, hydronic piping, packaged/split systems, exhaust, specialty ventilation, and controls.
• Perform heating/cooling load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing, and pressure-loss calculations.
• Coordinate mechanical systems across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
• Ensure compliance with IMC, IECC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable Texas/local codes.
