Job summary

The candidate will design, review, and coordinate complex mechanical systems, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with sales to expand project impact. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Technology or related discipline.
• Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or passing the FE exam in states where an EIT is not obtainable (within 18 months of hire).
• 5 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required depending on duties and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems including master planning and feasibility studies.
• Review designs for compliance with regulations and firm policies.
• Perform site reviews to align designs with location specifications.
• Develop technical papers and contribute to knowledge management.
• Attend industry conferences and collaborate with sales to enhance outreach.
• Provide mentorship and supervise project work as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
