Plan B Climatech in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead healthcare projects from concept through construction, guiding teams and shaping technical decisions.

You will design complex HVAC systems for operating rooms and clinical spaces, mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and coordinate with in-house disciplines.

Formación

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license, ideally.
• 7+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical design on healthcare projects from concept through construction.
• Design HVAC for complex clinical spaces (operating rooms, isolation rooms, central plants).
• Serve as main technical and client-facing lead, manage project team and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day mechanical staff and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams.
