Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in CAD design using Unigraphics/NX and SolidWorks; capable of creating complex models and assemblies.
• Experience in mechanical analysis techniques including structural, thermal, vibration, and tolerance analysis; hands-on hardware integration.
• Strong ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development across the product lifecycle from concept to lab integration.
• Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex mechanical engineering challenges.
• Perform and oversee detailed design using CAD and analysis tools.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers; foster technical excellence and collaboration.
