The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, over 8 years of experience, and proficiency in CAD software. This on-site role offers extensive benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-scope engineering projects.
• Experience in designing and launching production hardware.
• Moderate experience in GD&T and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware designs for fusion generator prototypes.
• Optimize subsystem designs for high volume manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues on integrated fusion generators.
